Lee L. Elsey, AIA

Lee L. Elsey, AIA, is a registered Architect with over 18 years of experience. He specializes in architectural design, plan and project document review, building construction and maintenance, building code compliance, ADA compliance, moisture and mold control, building acoustical performance, building energy efficiency, building distress issues, snow and ice removal and treatment, and walkway surfaces.

Mr. Elsey earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctorate from Temple Law School. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Architects, the Pennsylvania Institute of Architects, and ASTM International. He also serves on the board of a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing education about designing and constructing net-zero energy buildings.

Mr. Elsey is a registered Architect in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Michigan, and Delaware. Additionally, he has an FAA certificate to remotely pilot drones.
