David J. Littlewood, P.E.

David J. Littlewood, P.E. is a registered Professional Engineer with over 24 years of civil engineering experience. He specializes in structural engineering, building construction and maintenance, building code compliance, ADA compliance, concrete design and evaluations, geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, building distress issues, snow and ice removal and treatment, storm drainage and walkway surfaces.

Mr. Littlewood earned a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, and he holds certifications from the American Concrete Institute (ACI), National Ready Mix Concrete Association (NRMCA), PennDOT, NECEPT, and is a certified Tribometrist. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers, Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers, and ASTM International. Mr. Littlewood is a member of the National Ski Areas Association and a member of the ASTM Committee on Snow and Water Sports Design/Safety.

Mr. Littlewood is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
